Welcome to the Palmerston North Athletic and Harrier Club (PNAHC)  

We are the largest Athletic Club in the Manawatu. We cater for people of all ages from 3 to 60+ years and cover all events including jumps, throws, running, hurdling, and race walking. PNAHC is located at the Manawatu Community Athletics Track (MCAT) and provides an exceptional start for any young athlete with some of the best coaching in the country.

Our first Club Night for the upcoming season starts Tuesday Oct 7th at the Massey University Community Track. The first Programme is Programme A (details below of each of our 3 programms A, B and C).

For athletes and parents new to the club please register with us prior to starting. Athletes have a range of events that they can participate each week and events that they can compete at such as Ribbon Days, Centre Champs and Colgate Games for athletics aged 7-14 years.
