Welcome to the Palmerston North Athletic and Harrier Club (PNAHC)  

Clubnights provide an opportunity for competition - gaining results, feedback and support, and an understanding of the rules in preparation for further competition.

Club Night has begun but its never too late to start.  Come along to the Manawatu Community Athletics Track at Massey University for our Tuesday Club Nights starting at 4:45pm with Run, Jump, Throw for 4-6 year olds, followed by Fundamental Coaching for 7-9 year olds at 5:10pm and our Programme for the night at 5:45pm for 7 year olds and uip.

For athletes and parents new to the club please register with us prior to starting. Athletes have a range of events that they can participate each week and events that they can compete at such as Ribbon Days, Centre Champs and Colgate Games for athletics aged 7-14 years.

There is also plenty of competitions for athletes 14 and up!. Please check the Events page to know what is coming up and the Facebook Page for details of each event.
